Bruce Wren MBA - CEO

An ICT and Marketing professional with over 20 years experience,  Bruce is CEO of Australia’s largest Web CMS software company.

With a passion for the web, particularly the convergence of content and document management technologies and the exponential demand to place and manage content, on the internet, Bruce is spearheading Netcat’s rapid expansion in content and transformation technologies.   

Prior to Netcat, Bruce held senior executive positions with Vodafone, Citibank, Lanier and Infolink and has been part of three start ups, all of which have blossomed.

He has an MBA and is regular speaker at IT conferences.  Bruce is a keen runner and skier and needs to stay fit to keep up with his three

young children.

Ray Rogers  B Sc Hons (Pure Maths) – Operations Director

As Operations Director, Ray overseas all major CMS projects and works hand in glove with our project managers.  With 31 years experience in IT, Ray has filled a variety of senior roles ranging from IT software business start ups to creating software packages, software design, project and team leadership.  He has worked in UK, France, Australia and in several Asian countries.

Ray has particular expertise in the project management and implementation of CMS and integration  solutions in client server architectures.
