Netcat Announces US Expansion

April 15, 2007. Netcat.biz, (www.netcat.biz), the leading Australian
owned content management software company, announced it has established
a presence in the United States, through a strategic alliance with Bright
Crayon, (www.bright-crayon.com) based in Richmond, Virginia.

Bright Crayon is a consulting company focussed on product development
and product placement for technology products. Bright Crayon will market,
sell and implement the Netcat Web content management suite within the
United States. Established in 2001, the principals each bring over 20 years
experience in rst tier IT organisations, and the company's customer list
ranges from the Virginia State University system, to Alcoa in Australia, and
scienti c specialty companies such as Grid Data Security, Inc., in Connecti-
cut.

This is a tremendous development for Australia's software industry,"
says Netcat CEO Bruce Wren. \We are successfully exporting Australian
developed software to one of the largest markets in the world. We'll continue
to use Australian talent to enhance the software, and our US partners will
sell and implement in the US."

George Flanagin, Managing Partner of Bright Crayon commented \We
looked at several products around the world before deciding on Netcat. Our
customers are as interested in the ease with which they can get their data
into the system as they are with presenting the data, and Netcat's tools are
impressive. We also liked the fact that Netcat is at least 80% straight out of
the box. Larger players o er systems that often require high expertise just to
use. Our customers want to be up and running quickly, and then to be able
to support themselves without expensive in house expertise. Netcat does the
job well."
